Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RepairVue platform (the "Service") operated by RepairVue, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at repairvue.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RepairVue is a web-based software platform designed for automotive repair shops and service providers. The Service may allow you to create and manage repair jobs, track job status, generate customer tracking links, enable technician/customer messaging, send notifications, upload repair-related media, and collect feedback.

RepairVue does not provide mechanical, automotive, or repair services and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any repairs performed by users of the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by employees, contractors, or technicians you authorize.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (including job and customer information, "Customer Data"). RepairVue processes Customer Data to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to collect, use, and share Customer Data through the Service, and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The Service may generate customer tracking links that display job updates. These links may be accessible to anyone with the URL and may not require customer authentication.

You are responsible for how tracking links are shared. Tracking links may remain active until the associated job is deleted within the Service.

The Service may provide SMS and email notifications through third-party providers. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent prior to sending messages, and for complying with messaging laws and industry requirements.

Customers opt in by providing their phone number directly to a repair shop using the RepairVue platform for service-related communication. Shops are responsible for obtaining proper consent prior to sending SMS messages.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to vehicle service updates. Message frequency varies based on job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Delivery may be delayed or blocked by carriers or device settings. RepairVue is not responsible for delivery failures outside our control.

RepairVue may offer subscription plans (including free and paid tiers). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or limit access to the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing through messaging features.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers or other users.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform.

Customer Data is retained until you delete it (or your account is terminated), subject to limited retention for backups, security, compliance, and dispute resolution.

When a job is deleted, related public tracking access may be disabled and associated access removed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairVue, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to RepairVue in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the platform, customers, or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
