RepairVue is designed to help repair shops manage jobs, customer communications, and real-time tracking. We implement security controls intended to protect job/customer data, reduce unauthorized access, and maintain platform integrity.

• Secure authentication for repair shop users.
• Access controls enforced through application logic and database security rules.
• Shops manage technician access and permissions within their environment.

Important: Shop owners are responsible for removing access for staff/contractors who no longer require it.

• Uploads (images/videos) stored with access controls.
• Diagnostics and logs used to support reliability and help identify abuse.

No system is 100% secure. We continuously improve safeguards as the platform evolves.

RepairVue supports SMS messaging through third-party providers. Repair shops are responsible for obtaining customer consent and complying with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements.

• Customers can opt out by replying STOP where supported.
• Delivery can be affected by carrier filtering, outages, and device settings.
• We may restrict messaging functionality if abuse is detected.

• Monitoring for service errors and suspicious patterns.
• Internal investigation procedures for suspected incidents.
• Notification for material security issues where required by law or contract.

If you believe you've discovered a vulnerability, please report it privately. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities without giving us reasonable time to investigate and respond.
