B. Job & Customer Information

  • Customer name and phone number
  • Vehicle details (make/model/year), VIN, mileage
  • Repair notes, job status updates, and related job information
  • Images/videos uploaded for repair documentation
  • Messages sent through tracking links or technician tools

Tracking links: Customers may view job updates and submit messages without creating an account, using a unique URL.

C. Technical & Usage Information

  • IP address and device/browser information
  • Logs and diagnostics used to keep the Service reliable and secure

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide job tracking, messaging, and notifications
  • Authenticate users and manage access control
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access
